Ecto-Glow Copter Announced As SDCC 2026 Exclusive + Hasbro NYCC Ghostbusters Panel Overview!

This afternoon, the Hasbro Pulse team took to the stage at NYCC to talk more about their expanding Ecto-Glow line!
Kicking off with the teased Ecto-Glow Copter, the team took us through the original 1994 Kenner Catalog featuring the line, as well as other unproduced prototypes. Starting from scratch with their own designs and renders, the team didn't have much to work with outside of reference photos. The original copter body is likely lost to time as it was also proposed for the Police Academy line and ALSO never produced.
Meanwhile, Hasbro is bringing it back from the Afterlife! Fans can expect to pre-order their Ecto-Glow Copter as a SDCC 2026 exclusive!
Starting today, it's expected fans will also have the chance to trap a pre-order for the Ecto-Glow Ghosts! Including Stay Puft, and the "Green Ghost"- Slimer! The Ghost 2 pack is expected to ship Summer 2026. Although there hasn't been an official announcement yet.
